Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request to cancel a project at any stage. However, the following conditions will apply:
Before Project Commencement:
If the project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction or consultation fees.
After Project Kickoff:
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for the portion of the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance payment made beyond that will be refunded.
After Project Completion:
No refunds will be issued once the project has been completed and delivered.

Cancellation by PageUp Technologies

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
Non-cooperation or lack of communication from the client for more than 14 days
Non-payment or repeated payment delays
Violation of our terms and conditions or involvement in unlawful activities
In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed, and any remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
No refunds will be provided for:
Delays caused by client-side communication gaps or failure to provide necessary resources
Services that are partially or fully delivered
Domain name registrations, hosting, or third-party software purchases made on behalf of the client

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your State/Country].
